This blog is a collaborative effort of three co-corporal entities.
W. Kevin Vicklund is the primary author and blog administrator. He is a professional engineer from the 21st Century CE living in Michigan, USA. Topics of interest are science/medicine and civil liberties, including gay rights, feminism, and religious freedom. Politically, Kevin is perhaps best described as a liberal libertarian; this is not the same as a conservative libertarian, as he focuses on civil rights, rather than property rights. Note that advocacy for a group does not mean he is part of that group.
Calum Ra’arsach mac Leoid is a 16th Century minor Scottish noble from the Hebrides (specifically, the Isle of Raasay). He has moderate skill in the Arte of Defence, occasionally picks up a crossbow, and has begun crafting camp furniture. Calum will be writing about his exploits as a fencer and archer, as well as No Shit, There I Was stories about life in the Society for Creative Anachronism.
Sugawara no Tokihira is a 10th Century minor noble from Heian-era Japan. He is a poet-scholar. Tokihira will be posting poetry and calligraphy, and perhaps some guides to life in Heian Japan.
